I saw blockchain and my first reaction was "dead on arrival". Am I wrong? Can anyone tell me ONE successful blockchain MMO exists?

The story points to at least one. MIR4 looks to still be popular.

Mostly because Blockchain in the Philippines is still really popular and a way to make money. But it shows 30k active players on steam and it's also on mobile.

There's several others that could be considered "popular" or maybe "successful" but I guess it depends on what you mean by that.

The thing about these games is the devs don't have to do anything. Once the game is out in the wild the player sales continue to their revenue so they don't need any additional staff or marketing. Some play to make money and as long as somebody is willing to spend they'll keep playing.
