Life is Feudal: MMO, itself a relaunched version of the original MMORPG, is now relaunching again, this time on Steam. Previous owners will get special perks. A new dev diary also unveiled a new map on the way.

    I think it should be mentioned that it was the official servers and the official game client that shut down; the game could still be played on private dedicated servers with the private server client. I played a bit on a good friends mom's private server.

    Though it also sounds like there were different versions of this game being run by different people, which isn't confusing at all... (it totally is)

    EDIT: ah yes, there are two versions of this game. Again, not confusing at all............................ yes it is.

    EDIT2 taking a brief trip down memory lane, whatever these guys did, it looks as though it pretty much fractured the community and i don't think they can be trusted regardless of what they promise players.
