The Kickstarter campaign for The Secret World, a TTRPG, that is the continuation of another MMO titled The Secret Worlds Legends, has hit its goal in just a matter of days.

On launch when webpages didnt have all the mission solved and all the codes cracked was really fun having several players looking at the same clue and talking about what each one thought it was.
It makes me happy seeing the game will live on as a table top.
Looking at the photos in the Kickstarter page, I see that all they are doing is re-using 12 years old game assets and old concept art to print cards, slap on a bit of flavour text and mechanics and voilà, a "new game" is ready to show any remaining fools how to open their wallets. That's some low standard even for Funcom, but I guess by this time that's all they're left with as far as TSW goes.
Honestly, I'm surprised that people like Bylos are still there, after the crap this company did to the players. What an awesome game it was - what a shitty studio it turned out to be...

If SWL didn't have the insulting "P2W" and played like Fallout 76, I'd play it again. I liked the setting.
