Right that's because making games is a *gasp* business. There's more time money and man hours out into a modern AAA title than a blockbuster movie. Hundreds of millions invested. The days of 4 college guys getting together in their garage to turn out a smash hit are largely over. There's still Indy efforts but for every breakout success there's literally thousands of failed projects. The wasteland of carnage can be seen on Steam.

But who is meant to handle the business side the creatives or the suits? What are you paying suits for if the devs become the defacto face of the marketing team for example?
This must be the new trend; show videos or images or interviews of the developers 'talking' about the game rather then allow the success of a game to walk on it's own; or sprint if it's something like Palworld.
Starfield isn't walking though, it's got it's own anti-gravity hoveround due to it's mobility limitations.
