Why isn't PSN in those countries? Sony doesn't like money? I was waiting for the price to come down on cdkeys, but I bet it'll go up now it has been delisted.

Why is Sony so bad?  Are they just this oblivious to their own awfulness?

Sony is notorious for being late to parties, and general poor ability to execute what other companies did years beforehand. This seems to be a prelude to them being more PC proactive, if the insomniac leaks are anything to go by, with their own launcher. Issue is, this trend died ages ago and most companies just use steam anymore. EA, xbox, and blizzard have all already learned this lesson.

Mass Effect Legendary series connects on Steam through EA. The game is even saved on EA. When did EA learn their lesson?

    Paradox also requires their launcher.

None of those launchers make linking with your Steam account a mandatory step.

Few people have a problem with one additional launcher popping up before you can click the play button. Many people have a problem with Sony salivating over people's Steam data while incompetently trying to mask it by claiming it is their way of fighting bots and cheaters.

It's hardly surprising. Remember, Sony gave us the wonders of SecuROM and this gem.
