    I own this, but opted for the polished aluminum which was a bit of a wait. Use those work discounts if you have it, only paid like $700 with a work discount.

    Looks solid. Arm and neckrest instant removal for me. Not great för ergonomics.

    I just came here to post that I glanced at the headline of a chair that got a 9.5 rating and said "I bet it's over $1000". Your chair ratings are very predictable.

    I mean, that kind of fits though. If you're paying $1,200+ for a chair, it really should be amazing.

    I also wanted to add that you can find this chair (without the headrest) for $400 to $500 remanufactured. They're made to be repaired rather than thrown out, so you can find some great deals on them pretty much all of the time.

    Crandall does this for all chairs, which is good for many reasons

    If I'm going to spend $500 on a chair... my ass better be the only one to ever sit in it.  :D :D
