    Figuratively making money wouldn't be super useful, so I'm glad it's literally going to make money.

    The dev's prior track record on Steam consists of one early access game that they abandoned without ever bothering to release 1.0 version. They aren't worth getting excited over.

    The videos certainly look very pretty, and I like the dive into chinese mythology.

    When it comes to fantasy, I've long felt that the east has a lot more creativity (apart from playable characters, all those androgenous men put me off) than the west. For some reason, the west has a real thing for dark, depressing, low fantasy shit.



    That said, this game looks like a standard heroes journey with action combat. That means it has a maximum playtime of 30hours for me, but more likely 15-20hrs. Thus, not worth my money until it's heavily discounted.

    Looks good and the setting is amazing. There was a very old RTS game that was set in Chinese history that came out a long time ago (20+ years probably) and I loved it. I miss that game a lot but it was a fascinating setting.

    This looks like a Souls style game which is not for me but I applaud the setting.

    I love the look and the lore of the game. This really has potential to be a game where you really should love the journey. Even if this game tanks, I hope it inspires someone to make a really fun AI MMORPG version. 8man groups going on a spiritual economic journey together is the best weekend ever. I wish we could do a spin off or at least an end game DLC of a stock exchange or some kind of economic game mechanic. Like EVE tried with ISK. My expectations are always too high for a studio's budget.  <3
