Players are also to "blame" seeing they made the online version such a popular cash cow the business case for other non-GAAS content couldn't be made.

Sorry but a camera artist is not a "creative dev". Developers write code, period. That's what is on the job description. Unless there's some coding involved in the camera work then they aren't a developer. You don't watch the credits at the end of a movie and see a bunch of "creative dev" credits for the camera crew.

I'd like you to find one definition that supports this. There are a lot of developer jobs in the world that do not involve being a software developer. I've said developer in my head too many times and its gone weird.
