Every single one of these type of survival builder games are following the same trend for the last 6 months: big launch numbers and plummet into nothingness after 2-3 months. From a trend perspective, its fascinating. I wonder if its more of an issue with the genre, early access, or something else.

Did this really have big launch numbers?

The think there are a lot of curious players who are willing to check a game out no matter how unfinished it is.

Thereafter, they use up the content or decide there wasn’t enough there to begin with, and they leave for the next upcoming game.

They can only put out new content as fast as unreal engine puts out free monthly assets.

From what I read, those are only from 2 screen shots.  Doesn't mean it's the only things.  Also, the signs are laughable, but I bet the crafters have been screaming for them.  They said they were 'serious' about those signs.  Means that they were providing something to someone.

Still looking at this game, but it's on the wait list.  I hope they pull up, because it's a game that I would naturally like.
