The thing I don't like about TL is its main selling point. Hundreds or thousands of players on a single battlefield all simply spamming their skills. There doesn't seem to be much skill involved in that beyond needlessly complicating things like pvp or pve.
I watched streamers today of dozens of players preparing for a boss fight, tldr I'd rather the game revolved around 2-5 groups of players at a time so the interactions are more personal, social, and not just "you're another warm body to throw at this boss"
Currently the game reached a peak of almost 55k players who purchased early access.
Of those, 257 left positive reviews, and 250 left negative ones. That's basically 50/50 if you're going to enjoy the game just starting out and likely even less chance of liking the game a month from now or a year from now.
This game doesn't give me enough strong vibes from it. I am tempted to dish out a measly 40 dollars to test it out now rather than next week. But I think I'll hold off until then.

You dont get that vibe, but are still thinking of dropping 40 for 5 days? My goodness, we all really do need that new mmorpg.
