  What are you talking about? There is no borrowed power here, unless you mean an item that eventually is replaced, which is literally how wow has worked since the game came out.

  Borrowed power, as in, the ring from Dragonflight was purposely made very powerful but then it was nerfed into the ground in very next update.

  
  

  Also, people have discovered that the layout of the island is an unused island from BFA.
