  I was excited about War Within until I found out about the bait and switch of "oh we're making delves for the solo player" "oh sorry the highest difficulty of delves requires you to have a gear score only obtainable through M+ PSYCHE!"

  Delves at T8 give the highest rewards, anything higher than T8 is just for personal challenge.
  That said I only did one mythic run and 0 mythic+ runs and still all of my characters are able to solo T8 delves. I guess your info is a bit outdated in that regard though I know that some classes have a bit more struggle soloing delves like rogues.

  Soloing is king yet again, while grouping is a sideshow that you don't need to do, really awful.

  Have you seen the news that they (Blizzard) are locking D4 content in future updates behind the expansion so VoH is now required for content in future updates. They are putting up more and more roadblocks and more and more bait and switches.

  That's already the case with the latest season and expansion. People are acting like it's changing in the future.
