Everquest 3 UPDATE: New Details straight from Darkpaw!

Lead designer confirms they are making a EQ1 reboot instead of some Everquest Next. Modern and 100% EQ1. Its right now in the concept stages. Does this excite you?

    Sticking to original playstyle for the original audience seems good. Keeping the scope of development within reach and cost seems good.

    We'll have to see for sure. But a lot can be modernized and still have a game that requires group play in a much similar way.

    If it requires grouping it's not for me. But I hope it's a good EQ game for the group oriented players.
