2. I play a Ranger... and love it to the point of finding multiclassing to enhance it hard, since I can't use a bow still.
3. Bipeds have so big advantages, but it depends what you really like. I prefer bipeds myself, you can endlessly multiclass in crafts or adventure schools. You can compltely customize yourself, which is really what I love. Dragons get a lot more with less schools, but can do less overall.
4. Plots scale in size, from 1000 sq.m to 10000 sq.m. It is easy to afford the low end ones, but don't expect to get a huge one without some work and time.
5. Its not free really. There are set areas, communities for player built plots. You buy one you want then can add structures for a list to that, in any way you want. Lairs tend to be obtainable further out in wild more than plots. For biped there are 5 schools that specialize in one material each for plots. Each structure will take a combination anywhere from 2 to 5 materials, you then need to gather, process and apply it to your buildings.
6. From being a player here.. I have to be bias. Fun? 8 - The quests are fun, I love combat with my school, and the events can be a good challenge, keep you on your toes. The world changes all the time and never gets boring.
Content? 8 again. There is so much to do, its hard to run out really. I'd rate things higher if multiclassing wasn't so grinding, but there are a lot of story quests around if you like that stuff.
7. Yes, hatchlings can't fly until they complete a quest to become an adult.
8. You can become an adult at about level 30 adventure and craft for dragon, but if you want to enjoy doing it, and not get someone to do it for you, you need to wait a bit more. How long depends how much you play, getting to level 40 can be fast or slow but it depends what you enjoy, so that question is impossible to answer. I have a member in my guild still to break 30 after a year now, she enjoys exploring and try everything, looking for every quest, there are a few people that become adults by the end of the trial who do nothing but grind and power level.
9. A lair is like a plot, but they don't differ in price so widely. They are all moderately priced. You buy a lair and plan out the caverns inside the lair you want, then shape them with a special lairshaping school.
2) My favorite class so far is monk (assuming you're talking adventure class). I enjoy crafting so much more, especially construction, however. I'm a very social gamer and the time spent crafting easily allows me to mix chatting wiith playing.
3) Regular humanoids can do... Hmm.. Different quests than dragons can do sometimes. I think they see plots built up faster than dragons do lairs, but that's probably more my own personal feelings than anything definate. And, of course, there is multiclassing. If you don't like a dragon's abilities, well, you're stuck. If you don't like a school that you've picked as a humanoid, you can drop it and start with something else (either completely deleting the old and starting again, or just picking up something new).
4) Nope, not at all. I have only been playing a few months and am in a great guild, have my own plot, and really don't feel there's anything I can't do.
5) There are places in the world where plots are for sale for you to build up your home. YOu can't just walk in anywhere and start building.
6) I'm completely biased here and admit it. I give both 10's.
7) Correct, you can't fly as a hatchling.
8) You have to be at least level 30 to become an adult, though most suggest being closer to level 50. I don't know about flight restrictions as I can't fly yet. I do too many other things than just level my dragon.
9) There are 'predug' holes called lairs for dragons.
1) If I were doing my main again, I'd be a fiend, I think.
2) Have not done them all, so my answer is biased. I like reavers, dragons, and am really looking forward to the revamp of the confectioner school
3) Bipeds have lots of classes, dragons do not. At low levels, I think bipeds are easier to play. Bipeds have more economic oppertunities, since there is no dragon-craftable product that bipeds cannot make for themselves.
4) Nope.
5) Buy any plot you like and can afford, build whatever will fit that you can supply the resources for. Properties are specific and static areas, but there are lots of them in lots of locations. The biggest ones are already owned, but if the owner stops playing, the property is repossesed and auctioned to the highest bidder, thus keeping unused properties avaialble.
6) 10 and 10, don't be silly. ;-) No, more of an 8/7, because there is always room for more.
7) Yes. And you're cute!
8) Best to wait to do the adulthood quest until you're level 40-50. Yes, free flight whenever & almost whereever.
9) Buy a lair, learn to be a lairshaper, work your tail off building it. Lairs are not caves - they are small cities that happen to be underground. They are a LOT of work, but the results are very nice
