Run to the hills  -  Iron Maiden
By the way - red hot chili peppers
Nymphetamine - Cradle of filth

And have you guys noticed in that last few years the music has just well sucked, its not what it used to be, it seems like the music industry is going down hill, like theres no song that will be remembered five years from now and still not considered old and no songs will be considered classics 20 years from now, i guess what im trying to say is what happened to all the good stuff.  I dont know maybe its just me.

Big Iron Maiden fan, i like some Cradle, Midian is the best IMO.

Children of Bodom and In flames kick so much ass in terms of other metal, right now i've got my KMFDM playlist going so i'll pick a few that have played in the last half hour.

    KMFDM- Blackball
    KMFDM- preach pervert
    KMFDM- WWIII

Check those out if you like your music heavy and haven't heard of KMFDM.

I have been in a tom petty mood the last few days, with a little incubus and towncrier mixed in.

If you have XM radio, tune in to 77, its called Visions and some of those songs can be really cool to listen too, if your in the right mood.

Dream Evil: Evilized  is the new album I am listening the most

And the usual stuff, all Power Metal or New Age, depending on the mood. Groups such as: Rhapsody, Dream Makers, Blind Guardians, Dark Moor, Avalon, Hammerfall, Forgotten Tales, or Laureena McKennett, Vangelis, sound tracks as The Last of the Mohicans...

MAIDEN!! When I was younger I hated them. But I grew into them. Harris is a madman on bass. I felt like you awhile back about music. There is still great stuff out there. People just have to look harder through all the poppy, over-produced crap like Britney, Linkin Park and whatever else.

    Lately all I listen to:

    Clutch
Scott H. Biram (going to see his show next weekend...woot!)
    Kyuss
    Gruntruck

Right now, I got some Tenacious D, some Blind Guardian, some
Hammerfall, and some Clutch on my current playlist. Other playlists
consists of some Beethoven, Chopin, Haydn, Strauss, Wagner, Mozart,
Brahm, Dvorak, and just for the hell of it, some Gorillaz.

Hehe.  Yeah, I just grabbed what was beside me on my desk at the time since it was asking for right now I figured that was a good sample.

New Order is definitely in my top 3 bands ever.  I think I've listened to them ever since I could tap my fingers to music.  They are incredible.

    Oh, and Kenny Chesney?
I dunno.  I kind of grew up around country.  So I still listen to it.  I'm a big Willie Nelson fan too.
I think I listen to everything.  I just dig all kinds of stuff.  Obviously.
