    Actually none of those games are on my anticipated list, my list is City of Heroes, 9th Domain, Dark and Light and DnD Online. Tho 9th Domain and DnD Online prolly don't fall in the "released soon" category.

    I've been an EQ2 fan from the beginning.  That will continue to get my vote until some game dethrones it.  Possibly Lineage 2, but I would need to get into the beta to see :)

    EQ2 has a built-in user base and graphic realism. But WoW looks awfully good to me, conceptually and graphically. City of Heroes, imho,  has been bogged in development too long. I also dont see how you can have a "city of heroes", all players. Thats like having a "nation of presidents" or a "heaven of gods". . .  know what I mean ? The commonality of the hero dulls the idea. . .

    Dark and light looks really good to me, I am just not a fan of these "great realisitc graihcs" I like how wo has gone for a more cartoony 3d look same with lineage but to me eq2 looks hideous just abit too over kill for my tastes.

    its so obvious Dark and light is gona be a fenominon how ever u spell it lol no other mmorpg matches the features its got u can fly,go on a ballon, ryde on a dragon, ride on a dodo,surf on ur shield on ice and no load time exept for once wen u start the game and its 40 X 40 M squared biggest mmorpg there is......

    There are a lot of upcoming MMORPG´s with weahter effects, such as Dragon Empires, Darkfall, and Realms of Torment to name a few.

    dragon empires does not alow seige and is not as big as darkand light...Realms of Torment  or darkfall do not ofer so much diversity.....as dark and light!

    The problem with DnL is that it will be TOO big. The hugeness will not be met by playerbase, making the world seem empty. They try to make up for that by adding different means of transportation. In my opinion, Darkfall and Realms of Torment got just as much diversity as DnL. DE got the most convincing system of integration between PvP, economy and politics though. And DE´s questsystem is just as thrilling as the one in WoW.

    Dark n Light should of been on the main list..........it would make the other catagory much smaller. D&D online is another I am looking foward to.

    I've been a long time eq player, so I would have to vote for EQII.  Although WOW is starting to look good since eq2 is taking forever.  I've never played any of the wow games. Could be interesting maybe.
