I'm not sure where it could be.....it depends how far you are in your character but you might want to start a new character if your not too far in your one right now. The legacy quests are really boring but they get you really good exp.

well i did consider it (cause i was only lvl 20). but then i asked a guy how to send in ticket, and then i did, and the a gm helped me and now everything is fine ( except im not doing the imp part, even tho im imp, i have to do the rebel part )

Guild wars. You never have to play a single moment of quests on a character to be a max level character with max armor and max weapons. Through pure pvp a character can unlock any skills they desire. You dont really grind characters in guild wars either although it is an option for pve toons.

How is that not essentially a PvP combat grind for the skill boxes? Never tried GW, so I cannot speak to it.
