I dont see what the big hopla is with suicide bombers.....

Why does it matter if they go and blow themselves up?  I mean whats the difference in someone blowing themselves up and killing 20 civs and a country shooting a rocket from 50 miles away and killing 20 civs.

It doesnt make it right because you are farther away or because it was a rocket.  But see then you have an excuse like "Oh we miss targeted and accidently hit those peoples houses."

You know thats bullshit.  It doesnt matter how you kill, as long as the job gets done.

I miss the old wars when people went face to face with each other with swords. Anyway...

Hezballoh does not have a huge bueracracy or responsibilities of a government. It has lots of financing from Iran and Syria so has no need to worry about $$. There is probably very little red tape.  The people in Hezballoh are members of the community and probably know most of their neighbors so they can easily determine where the need is greatest. Now if Hezballoh were to just become a humanity organization providing aid, I think people worldwide would be more accepting of them but that is not the case. And since Hezballoh wants to demolish Israel, rebuilding what Israel destroys plays in their favor and incorporates them as heroes of the people.

Fema on the other hand has limited government funding, miles of red tape and needs permission and authorization from many different sources before they can do anything. Fema is a bueracratic organization and the people in FEMA were not among those most affected by Katrina. It's easier to provide aid if they are your neighbor than if you don't know them.

Also the disaster situation is different. in Lebanon you are dealing with destroyed buildings, rubble but have no need to worry about same type of afteraffects. Katrina on the other hand caused extensive flood damage and the water needed to recede or be pushed out before aid could come in. Also Hezbollah is familiar with the area as they live there and has been through such destruction before and knows how to respond while Katrina wiping out a major city was really a first for Fema. Also Fema may not have been as familiar with the area.

Yeah, they espouse the destruction of Israel, so.... they must be better?

I suppose that Europeans and radical democrats are being anti-Semitic.

One thing is for sure Hezbollah knows how to win people over and they arent even known for being super rich but they realize winning peoples opinion is worth more than weopons in some case.
Seriously though compare FEMA's response to Katrina and Hezbollah's to the war and tell me who has done better?
