It's great to see some moderate Muslims step up to the plate but I fear for her life.

True, she said she didn't believe in a supernatural being. Perhaps that is why she is moderate.

At least he wins the "Defend Your Race & Religion to Death" award....
She really puts things into perspective, doesn't she?
The truth of the matter is that Islam's tenets are somewhat vague and easily interpreted as jingoistic bigotry: While forgiveness is somewhat included therein, there are also passages that prescribe violence towards others conditionally; infidels are not permitted to enter Mosques and there are also passages prescribing force to be used in order to make "pagans" accept Islam.
If you don't believe me, then find a translation for yourself and refute me.
The problem isn't really with the religion, as the bible contains forms of intolerance as well, but a lack of secularity: Most Muslims are incapable of separating their beliefs from ANYTHING (including science and politics), so that it is impossible to conform their beliefs to an optimization that lies outside of their traditional interpretations.
This is a sequence of characters intended to produce some profound mental effect, but it has failed.
Probably also the "Biggest market plummet ever recorded "
Not to mention the "Best at riding the current trend of political correctness to push bullshit propaganda on poor western saps" award.
You know you are too smart for your own good right? We were having fun and this you post this load of whatever the hell you think you know you are trying to say and BAM! I'm out of the loop.
Now you see, if you just went with the flow, everything would be ooookaaaay. Ssssh, just go with the flow, find your chi, become one with the hijack...

NOBODY said hijack! Nothing to see here. Nobody is hijacking anything, except the muslims...

Quick poll, who knows what the double meaning for beaver is? Don't say it just a simple yes or no, and be honest. (it has to do with the song theo just mentioned)

Again, you totally misinterpet, or received a minsinterpretation of the Qur'an, the thing is that those Pagans were more violent towards the muslims then the so called islamic-extremists towards others, these passages as you call them forces the muslims to fight back and take what's rightfully theirs, and say that if the pagans don't stop then muslims should keep on fighting, but if those pagans stop, then muslims should stop also. And believe it or not, there is no vagueness in the Qur'an, of course there are things you can't understand alone, that's why you go to people with knowledge, and these people surely must not be the likes of bin ladin. If you don't believe me, then find a translation for yourself and refute me. i did above :} The problem isn't really with the religion, as the bible contains forms of intolerance as well, but a lack of secularity: Most Muslims are incapable of separating their beliefs from ANYTHING (including science and politics), so that it is impossible to conform their beliefs to an optimization that lies outside of their traditional interpretations. It is sad to say that in most Islamic countries, tradition is put part into Islamic rules, which totally contradicts with the Islamic rules, in Saudia arabia they say that the Neqab ( face cover ) is an obligation and is mentioned in the Qur'an, they also say that women can't drive because Allah said so, of course these are blunt lies, you can't find anything in the Qur'an that says that, it's their own country rules put with islamic rules, which confuses the outsider when he comes and looks.

As for pagans not being able to enter Mosques(all or the Sacred Mosque):
009.028 YUSUFALI: O ye who believe! Truly the Pagans are unclean; so let them not, after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty, soon will Allah enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for Allah is All-knowing, All-wise. PICKTHAL: O ye who believe! The idolaters only are unclean. So let them not come near the Inviolable Place of Worship after this their year. If ye fear poverty (from the loss of their merchandise) Allah shall preserve you of His bounty if He will. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise. SHAKIR: O you who believe! the idolaters are nothing but unclean, so they shall not approach the Sacred Mosque after this year; and if you fear poverty then Allah will enrich you out of His grace if He please; surely Allah is Knowing Wise.
As for fighting those that violate Islamic law
009.029 YUSUFALI: Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
These are both taken from Chapter 9 in the Qur'an ..
You have yet to give me an appropriate interpretation, or a valid translation from an accredited source; both of the above excerpts are from The University of Southern California.
The problem is also that A LOT of muslims haven't yet integrated into modern society. What I don't understand, however, is the new movement within industrialized nations where young people with opportunity squander their life pursuing a jihad against people that have never wronged them or Islam.
This is a sequence of characters intended to produce some profound mental effect, but it has failed.
One Muslim, you might very well be a peace loving Muslim, but you cannot deny that the very teachings of the Koran are inherently violent.
Sura 9:5 of the “Koran,” “Slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush.”
In addition to what Moo posted...I'm sorry but you aren't going to convince anybody when the proof is right in your very own doctrine
Your argument is like a two legged dog with an eating disorder...weak and unbalanced.
