Where to pre-order??

As you know when you pre-order the game you get a Unique Prestige Character Power, which is different at each store. What store will you pre-order your copy.

Heres the link to the Unique Prestige Character Power.....(they all seem to make the hero run fast, but they look graphically different)

I went with GameStop because the Rush effect will fit my character the best. I am doing a Dr. Strange/Mystic character and GameStop's effect is the best for that in my opinion...the effect is very ghostly!

I pre-ordered my game from gamestop. Because I knew they still had copies of beta disc. My friend who pre-ordered it from EBgames is still waiting.

From what I gathered in the official forums, these powers are all sort of like a version of Sprint. Sprint is available to all characters, but for those who get the prestige powers, you get lovely effects with it.

Ebgames has beta copies its just that they send it via this thing called eb saver which takes 6-12 days to get the beta to your home. Thats pretty bad but meh its free so i aint complainin.

I preordered from Best Buy which seems to be my favorite for my character. He will be a controller or maybe a blaster from the knowledge i know. If i made a tank or scrapper i probably would want it from EB.

I just went there and got the box at ebgames, much easier than ordering it online. They had a ton of em at my store however had no idea what the box came with expect what it said. (Mind you it does not say anything about the beta on the box). However it's in there.

EBGames is no good, they couldn't ship to The Netherlands... which is dumb.

So i ordered at GameStop, which has way better services i must say.

They all do the same thing, just with a different effect. They are all variations on the power called Sprint, which everyone gets. I am guessing that these powers are just like SWG's burst run ability.

Well I just ran out an got my pre-order from GameStop. My hereo gonna be a Power Rushing fool. Although I wish this pre-order disc had some more interaction in it. And the disc keeps launching link with quotations, wassup wit dat?

If i was making a hero like Quicksilver I would have thought about EB, thank the stars I'm not cause EB is the worst place to buy games from (atleast in MI).

The effect from Gamestop is cool for my intents and purpose. ^_^

My Top 5 list to pre-order CoH.

1. CompUSA or Gamefixx.com <---- (+)more free stuff; $10 gift card, CoH cup, and an Energy Drink

2. Gamestop <------(+) No lines to wait when picking up CoH

3.Bestbuy <------ (-)Lots of lines to wait in: people buying TVs, VCRs, and widgets.

4. Any other place than EB <-------- (+) Better than EB

5.EB <---------- only if your making a Quicksilver type hero.

Well i would just go pre-order at either Bestbuy or EbX. But it doesnt really matter, its not a manditory power so i could really careless.
