I find Lotro does a much better job of maintaining that MMO feeling than WoW does these days. So it's a no from me. Being the best is all relative to taste anyway. Some people like merlot, some people shiraz.

I logged in fine this morning, thinking "oh good, the maintenance worked! server issues are solved!" So I logged out. Now I get a 3102 error.
