For your conditions WoW is the best candidate.
If you no longer want to play WoW then you should rethink what you will and will not compromise on.
Sort of looking that way. damn. Almost looks like the genre is over fo…

If MMORPGs are dead. What games should i play?
I almost never buy games when they first release, but Mad Max just looks incredibly badass.
MMOs seem to be in a bit of a dry spell right now. I'd suggest swapping out to another genre for a few months then come revisit; or even gaming altogether.

So my big question is this?
Why aren't more of you either playing Ashen Empires, Ryzom or Ultima Online?
All three of these are amazing sandboxes.
Because I'm playing EVE.

Hm. I'm going to have to go back to FO3 for a bit. I'll play for about two weeks, then switch to something else. This process repeats itself about every four months. Good series.
Quite honestly, this genre is pretty much dead to me. Its nothing like it was ten or fifteen years ago. Perhaps I'm burnt out. Perhaps I'm older now. Perhaps it seems like every week there is another MMO released that flops in the matter of months. …
Yea know, I bought D3 when it first came out. Haven't played it since. I guess the auction house is gone now? Is RoS required to play? Perhaps I should fire that up. I need a game that I can play without sound as I have a movie in or something.

Thanks a lot, ass. You just cost me like ~$200. I'm going to have to explain to my wife that I need to spend $60 tonight for a game. In turn, she's going to want to sp…
I love Fallout 3. My biggest issue is messing up what I say to NPCs. I have an awful habit of saving the game, answering a question, and reloading to answer differently. I hate it when I do that and I can never stop myself from doing it. >.<
