She-Hulk, for the most part. She's one of those characters that reminds people that comics are supposed to be fun. Teaming her up with Thing is going to be the best part of this game for me. Those two were made to clobber together.

It's an ARPG, not an MMORPG [mod edit[. You don't create heroes in an ARPG, you just pick a guy and melt waves of enemies with him. It's been like that since the beginning of the genre.
