I suppose it depends on the crime. Something serious I would have to report but something minor might be different. I wouldn't want to pay for a crime I had no part of.

From what I understand they are still discussing a "level cap" so right now im not sure how much potential the stat building will have. Could be awesome but I will settle for moderate.

Wow I just realized that since the new system is to make it easier for more casual gamers to play we could end up with a surge of Douches playing online, hopefully there wont be anything for them to exploit.

I plan on making a male character(hume or elf), as for location I will decided when more detail arise and as for class, well i think Im just going to take full advantage of the system and see what i get.
