Yes, you need to turn your WoW account into a Battle.Net account. It's merely a step Blizzard is taking so that accounts pertaining to WoW and it's future releases, StarCraft 2 and Diablo 3, are merged into a single one, instead of forcing people to…

My roommate at the time (the main source of my impression of PSO being "hyped") was who I watched play it, and tried it for a bit. Didn't like it so I continued enjoying the games I did like (which I think were D2…

Of course everyone chose the spread needle in the dreamcast, so maybe it was better.
Hell no, no way. DCv2 FOmarl + S-Rank mechguns = complete badassery. Those things were SERIOUSLY overpowered.
If there's one aspect of this game I REALLY enjoy, is their extention of the buyback system. You not only have access to a buyback list of the latest items you've given to a vendor, but you can also check gear that other players have sold to that N…
DreamCast PSOv2 Challengue mode will always have a place in my heart. DC V1 was my first online game ever, and thus one I will always remember with fondness.
I haven't tried Runes of Magic, but this does feel a bit WoW-ish in certain aspects (races... specially the orcs and the Arisen). Gameplay is standard theme park MMO.
This makes me wonder, is there actually ANY MMO with a cyberpunk setting? closest thing I can think of is AO, but it seems too far future to be actually considered cyber punk.
I'm guessing that, since MMORPG.com is stablished in NA, the keys they offer are always, by default, NA keys. So I guess you'll have to create an account on those servers and play there.
I suppose it has a LOTRO advertising? Please confirm, Wowhead shows different ads depending on the country of the client's IP, and I'm getting Terra.es ads.

What's the point of an MMO without the slightest hint of teamplay?
what's the point of an MMO if no one wants to be forced to group?
Not wanting to be forced to group is NOT th…
Both. I'm a lone wolf most of the time, that enjoys some teamplay every now and then, the frequency depending on the particular MMO.
Besides, a pure group-based system can be a pain in the ass for lowbies once the game has a few years (Only reaso…
Funny, Cataclysm is coming out this next year, and I was under the impression that GW2 is coming out in 2011?
And even if Cataclysm and GW2 were to release at around the same time (something that could never happen, NCSoft is too smart to do some…

The only way I'll give this game a shot is if they offer a free trial. Otherwise there is no way in hell I'm willing to fork over yet another $50 for some crumby game.
But the game …
Just bought CoX thanks to one of Steam's current blowout sale offers, and going villain. So far so nice, but like any old game, the newbie areas are empty, so teamplay is kinda nonexistant. I don't think I'll last the free month.
