Bottom line for me: it's just not that great of a PVE game. The game play doesn't even come close to say, WoW or Vanguard and the toxic community makes you want to avoid other players at all costs. Don't get me wrong, It's a very good looking game…
WoW, because it's still better than any of the army of clones that it has spawned over the years.
Allods Online, because I'm having a lof of fun with it.
Everquest 2, just because.
Anarchy Online, because it might be 12 years older than it's youn…

I'm pretty burned out on MMOs in general. Vanguard, AoC, AO, TSW, I just log on, stare at the screen blankly for a few minutes as I try to decide what I want to do, which is usually to disconnect without doing anything at all. I recently renewed my…
I'd have to say that the worst of the ones that I have tried this year was Tera, followed by TSW which, while not the absolute worst, was certainly the most disappointing.
It is looking promising but I am never the less going to wait for the population to grow some before renewing my station pass again. The LFG window is still a very, very lonely place and other games do the "single player RPG" experience a lot better…
I'm male IRL but in online games I play an equal mix of both sexes. The decision of which sex to play usually depends entirely on the appearance of the genders of the race in question. For example, in WoW, most of the male avatars look like steroid…
No.
I played this game for a bit over five years. Loved it then, but burnt out on it now to the point where I simply can't imagine what it would take to make me want to play it again. The last couple of times that I resubbed, I ended up playing les…
When you first try a new game, everything is new and exciting because you're still trying to figure everything out. After playing for a while, you finally start to "get it" and you settle into the process of enjoying the game.
Sometimes after pl…

I chose "zip, at any price" because I honestly do not see myself playing this game even if it goes f2p. It's possible that I might change my mind later on if they do something to address the issues I have with the combat system but I don't have much…

The storyline and cutscenes are the best MMO's can offer at the moment. It's a pure delight to follow the quest lines, just because of the intelligent, witty and extremely well acted cutscenes. These are the real rewards …

A lot of people(myself included) were really excited about the game's concepts... Then we played the beta weekends and the game's great concepts are not done justice by the lackluster and, frankly, crappy gameplay...…

Can't say that I have ever played any game for the setting or rating.
My reasons for not liking TSW had more to do with the boring combat, horrible character faces and because I really didn't think it was that fun.
