there will definitely be limits number of keeps...i doubt every guild will have one unless you are on a tiny server. And there are going to be set areas to build your keep. Each area will have it's own advantages so that one plot isn't necesarily …

It has been said that there will be boats and something like caravans for long distance travel...based on the lore and the feel of the game i doubt there will be teleports and warping.
