Depends how much time you actually sit in your chair imo, friend of mine plays far too much and he got a lot bigger than he was - not sure on exact weight of him but his defo a lot bigger

Dis_Ordur - The simple fact that your accounting your kill/death ratio tells me you dont play CS at a high competition level, kill/death ratio's are for public heroes, it means nothing in matches.
