It already has a mini-story and mini-lore, a mini-map fits it well.

Needs a better story, lore, actual quests (not generated), and do not lock the main story behind doing dungeons. Some people love mmorpgs but not everyone loves doing dungeons, like in my case. Once you can't continue with what little story there is…

I think it's spot on. I may be wrong, but there isn't a dedicated server so it would run off individual PCs. If anyone else is like me, I don't have a PC that could handle hundreds of players at the same time.
