The podcasts and interviews are concerning. Some of the people Crowfall has chosen to allow to speak to the public, should have that privilege revoked.
Crowfall just looks awful. Ashes has the right ideas to me. Also I look at who is leading the project and how scammer like they seem. Steven Sharif gives me the most confidence of most indie devs out there.
Much of this is due to the Hero Engine, which, at the time ESO was released, was an outdated engine. By today's standards, I dont even want to think about how bad it would feel.
TBH this game is barely an improvement at all over the first one. This should have been a paid DLC, not an expansion. The new staging area, (tower) is worse than the inn in the first one. Same if not less RPG elements than in the first game also. Di…
I would spend whatever it took to create an Open World PVP 16 Faction Warhammer MMO. Complete with Old World, New World and Under Empire. Do that shit big.
The game is only online 50% of the time, that could be a reason. Also the game cant handle more than 100 players in 1 zone which is about 1/5 of what is actually happening so the game is unplayable the way it was designed to be played. Incompetence.

Yeah, the IP is amazing, but every game ever created under the IP has sucked ass.
Dude. Warhammer Vermintide is great and Warhammer Total War could be game of the year.
I wish we had more money sink gambling options in MMOs. I actually think the OP is totally wrong. Gambling doesn't exist in very many successful AAA MMOs, but it should.
Some salty sailers in here. Ashes has a great concept. Too early to tell on whether it will fail or not. Hopefully Sharif is competent in running a business.

It's still $30 to beta test it.
Yea, its also your copy of the game at release. Of all the early releases I've ever paid for this is the best one by far. Been playing it off and on the beta since 2015. Its releasing live …
Graphics are great for the cross platform aspect and you will definitely appreciate that as a player as well. Features are more shallow than UO at the moment but what is scheduled to come out in the next 9 months looks very promising.
