DAOC 8-man vs 8-man open-realm fights were some of the best battles ever. any game. add-ons, or the possibility of add-ons, just kept things interesting.
I pre-ordered from Origin as well, back in October. got to be in early release. I have NO email with my real product code, and I got the same email from bioware telling me to redeem my product code I'm concerned.
Does a moveable - resizeable UI correct the request in this thread for "more" of a reactive indicator, or are some people still wanting the indicators?
The only way a moveable-resizeable UI corrects the request in the OP was the ability to rep…
Issues like lack of multiple starter zones per faction, and exciting open world pvp, and better character customization, aren't mentioned in this article. I notice they use the legacy system to encourage people to roll alts. You'd have to hang out…

@Soki123 your comment, "It has a great end game"
You're the first person I've see make any mention of the end game, let alone say it's great. I was only in a couple of beta weekends. Will you please say why it's great, and what the end game i…

The last time I played a game with romantic story arcs, it was Leisure Suit Larry. I think the whole thing is silly. I see the role-players' point though. Romance is usually a big part of any story, life, or saga, so why not throw it in the game …
The pvp is the endgame. As long as the player killing is fun and exciting, that's all I need. I am sick to death of the instances and the tier-gear. I just hope the WvWvW pvp in gw2 is well-populated and fun.
"They don’t even get to enjoy the combat visuals usually as they’re too busy looking at raid party frames and green bars."
qft I only get to watch pretty combat graphics if I'm dead.
Fire3line: "As for GW2, its very simple, you go into Instanced PvP you gain nothing for you main character. If you want to see some kind of progression, look cool or whatever, you will do WvWvW. Plus some kind of PvE bonuses yet to determine.
