At launch Vanguard was unplayable by 90% of players. Atm ArcheAge is unplayable to maybe 5%. See the difference?

By today's standards? Yes I mean no spell graphics at all. 1 line in the screen that looks like a glitch doesn't count as an "arcane barrage" graphic. Nor does a 1mm wide red dot for fireball =P

Ratonga was one of the dumbest races in EQ2, basically on par with Panda's in WoW. In fact, the less they copy from EQ2 the better, that game was a joke for MMO gaming and partly responsible for WoW's success.

They would have to change to much to get ex players back. GW2 is a single player game disguised as an MMO and unless they rework this fact from the ground up the real MMO players will forever shun this.

I never got why people complain about first impression reviews. If the game is terrible from 1-15 it doesn't deserve to be played to 30.

I was involved with WAR since early beta. The game ran mostly on CEO arrogance more then skilled developers and that's why it ended up being a low quality WoW clone. These games deserve a fiery death not a nostalgic resurrection.
