I have been hyping this game since I first heard about it. I deterred naysayers as best I could because I knew this game was one of the few hopes to change the road MMO's have been going down. I thought if anyone could do it this game could and so…
Hmm...maybe people will play TCoS when it is out in the other 70 percent of the world....
As for MO...it looks way more interesting and deep in my own opinion without going too deep into either DF or MO, but I have a feeling neither is going to be…
I believe there is a shop where you can change your appearance, but there are also drops off of mobs that allow you to "craft" your own armor. This also includes finding the pieces required to make the armor...but the point is your not limited to w…

At least the trolls have discovered this game now.
I was wondering how long that was going to take Must mean people are starting to know about this game at least a little bit.
I really don't understand why people don't like the graphics or the sound. The sound was incredible and when put with the stylistic graphics the feeling of the game was outstanding. Much better than anything post WoW.

But you guys are saying that people won't be motivated by loot. I think like the last poster said that you can find whatever you want to motivate you. Loot can easily be a motivater in this game, getting the best sigils is only going to help you s…

I am not entirely convinced about the CoH approach.
The only way it could work if the game was story driven like SWTOR.
If TCOS is not story driven (as I believe), what will push people playing it for years to come?…
It's sad your not going to play this game...it definitely is not easy mode. The system they have set up for death certainly makes you want to stay alive. Losing the bonuses you get for staying alive can be a big deal.
Oh and it is not at all a s…
Personally I think this is a great thing. I feel so left out in huge raids...you have a job and the only way your going to get noticed is if you mess up. There is a much better social bonding experience in a smaller group...especially since it sh…
I understand your frustration, but I don't think this game will have the same problems that most MMO's have with balancing and such. It is so open ended as to what you can do with your skills that if you lose it is probably going to be the persons …
I expected to see some reasons as to why I shouldn't see it as a grind or just another Korean game upon coming into this post, but there weren't any. I don't think this game will be a grind like other Korean games, but it still doesn't look new to …
Darkfall looks cool for my hardcore side...but I doubt it will be out soon and I've been following TCoS for like 3 years and it still looks incredible. I really don't get the hype over Aion. So TCoS gets my pick, just waiitng to get into beta
I do see a lot more skill in twitch based games than the current form of MMO's, but that is just me. I enjoy MMO's a great deal more than I've ever enjoyed an FPS though because after a while FPS games get boring, dry, and become very thoughtless. …
So what if Acclaim did some F2P games...
They are just publishing the game, they didn't make it and they aren't going to be the ones deciding how the game will play.
