I heard that wow gets boring when u are lvl 60, why?And is this also with guild wars?

If I buy wow I wonder if I could join a party cause I think that there are not so many people of low level like when i'm starting the game for instance.Is this so?

I think the makers from guild wars are liers, because they say u don't have to pay but every 6 months or so they are releasing a new part of the story that continuous from the previous one.And there for u have to pay. please comment this reply.
