The repopulation has serious crafting in it. its still alpha, but they say beta/gold by end of year now.

one of the changes coming is an upgrade to the Hero engine which is suppose to fix many of the small glitches and lower end graphics. Hopefully it wont create more of them. and I agree it seems to fast for me.

Sounds like more of a engine limitation then anything else. Playing Entropian Universe can handle a dozen players with 100 or so mobs all moving and interacting just fine while they hunt them. in fact I have seen upwards of 500+ mobs in one spot …
