Yes, myself and a guild mate got perma banned now, for discussing the game on the the Steam Forum. Don't waste your time on the steam forums, they are heavily redacted and allow the game makers to ban you for negative reviews.

I was also Perma banned from the STEAM forum, by a PG Dev for posting a negative comment, so be aware the steam forums are not accurate. Steam says this was perfectly acceptable.
