I'll wait for this to be on sale $9.99 or something and just play the campaign. Seasons just sucks ass with a tube.
It's not a "Season". It's a full expansion.
This roaring economy, the USA is in! People don't have as much disposable income to buy games, even. Every week, a new national chain or business announces their closings. Except people on the government, borrow and print, gravy trains.
I bought the Dawntrail expansion without a 2nd thought. FFXIV has been a great MMO for me over the years. But Dawntrail went -what has proven to be- a very unpopular route in the pursuit of the so-called "modern audience". Whether one agrees or d…
There's many people that because of deliberating conditions choose to live their lives in MMOs as an alternative means of socializing and, just, living. Cities, regions, economies, housing, travel, adventures, etc.
This game is hardcore P2W. One try at the various ranked PvP options will instantly humble you. I don't believe I have seen a game that has it's cash-shop so tightly and aggressively engraved into the UI and core features. Add to that the incessa…
I agree with the article. I don't care all that much about PTW. The world is indeed immersive, and the mechanics are excellent. It's the details to enjoy during the journey that matters to me.

I've played all prior versions of Dragon Age. Have you? This version is nothing like the franchise. I won't be buying it. Make a fun game. Leave the messaging out of it.
Fable at one time was kind of fun. But it will suck. For the same reasons several recent AAA games have bombed. Ok I just watched the trailer. Yup. Spot on.
Layoffs, closings, shutdowns, bankruptcies, are impacting nearly all industries nation-wide and in the USA. This trend is frightening. I can only hope someone, with some common sense, steps up and stops this global financial collapse.
It makes me chuckle when the sages of financial and game development wisdom post on here trying to convince everybody else they know what's best for them to do with their own money. Star Citizen/CIG does not send strong arm collectors to homes dema…
On behalf of the MMO industry I am pleased Funcom may have a new winner on their hands. Funcom almost collapsed a few years ago but over the years/decade they have delivered several very popular MMOs.
I don't dwell in the past. A winner is a w…
