Perhaps "spells" includes melee abilities or at least stamina based abilities? Too many possibilities, not enough details yet.

Fair review, I think a few of the negative points will be fixed with time, like many MMOs I expect to see a re-review after 1-2 years if enough improvements and content are made/added.

If you visit the forum they have already locked the PM option as they look into this issue. They are actually pretty quick on these issues.
