I'd say GW2. Hits casual right on the head, also you can ignore people if you want easily, since everything is pretty much soloable. besides dungeons, etc.
Why wouldn't you want the option to kick trolls or people that are afk in a dungeon?
For me it would be Classes. I like to build my own class, and most MMOS don't let you do that.

Probably not very similar, but GW2's PvP is the most fun I have had in any MMO. I did not connect with any of BDO's classes so I did not get to try the PvP.
