Trials of Atlantis. I loved Dark Age of Camelot before ToA, and felt like I would be a subscriber forever. I dropped my sub shortly afetr ToA's release.
If your focus is PvE and fantasy, try EQ2. In my mind, it is the best fantasy PvE game in existence. I am currently in Neverwinter, but I am sure I will be back in EQ2 sometime.
