GW2 is doing just fine and will so for many year's ahead. With or without an expansion, it will plug away sucking up people's monies. Don't believe me ? Come back in 3 years and see people talking about how it's still dying.

We will die before WoW does. And, I can't answer that question. I never played wow, and if I don't start a game when CB/OB comes, I never bother. I like to grow with the games I play. But a lot people do jump in late and do just fine.

Just looking at the WS forums is a very good idea of how dead that game really is now days. Maybe 4 or 5 new posts a day, if that. No one is around anymore, not even the trolls. F2P is their last hope.
