Shadowbane and Laxe Lore.Probably most of you here aren't into this 1 (the latter) or heard of it, it's a redesigned Priston Tale based spin a Korean PvE heavy grinder.
Because I just want a modernized debugged game engine + mechanics in both and N…
Funny I'd agree that the state has gone to the shitter nearly 5 years back when AAAs suddenly tried to out-"Asian" the Asian grinders with a more craptacular pay2win model. So much so that I'd rather come back to Asian titles instead.
Me I'd settle for if there's any balls of steeled samaritan out there with the matching big bucks to go out and buy back Shadowbane's whole IP and just open source the damned thing.
And all newer titles should be able to run and look good on integr…

We could ante this up to more along the lines of "Worst MMOs you've ever played the longest and you only knew why now" . Wish I could supply one right now but the memory bank in need of a critical defrag.

Another thing. A bounty should be a reward for pursuing a marked person. Not a deterrent for PKing.

"What if all MMORPGs were shut down and closed for some unknown reason(s) and WoW was all that was left"
There will always be private servers...Yeah I'm serious.Plus I'm on a personal hiatus for about a year now so meh it's not gonna kill me.Stand…
Taking this subject with a lighter side of perspective:-
I got a 10 year old guild so when we even consider about trying (or coming back to) any current or newer beta MMO, the only question we generally decide on:-
"So all of us are in or what?.…
Nope..it is "an exaggeration" if the concept were to be based on current technologies.Like everything else that sounds good on paper,we'll have to wait and see until it gets implemented.Operative terms being bandwidth and latency as ultimately the m…
Seen a lot of comparisons made between RoM and WoW, so is it a WoW thing to have this ridiculous 90:10 solo:group mechanics in play? To me ideally in an MMO, 50:50 or 60:40 seems to make as healthier ratios. I don't know maybe it's just because I'm …

In reply to the thread's title; NO I've lost the interest in paying $50/box and $12/month a few years already. I do however, still place some reservations at seeing the downward trend happening at least to 50% lower and acceptable to the industry's …
Windows XP Pro SP3 of course...until Windows 7 can "unVista" itself (if that's even remotely possible, judging from these milestones I've read and seen about..) or if it becomes an Ubuntu derivative done right OR when Ubuntu can finally figure out h…
Domestic and international routes plays the larger part in my opinion, not just capacities' raw power. Say 1 MMO are hosted on a South East Asian country, it won't be much of any diff to a 100Mbps "foreign" (non-Asian countries) user from a 1.5Mbps …
