GameForge could have saved themselves a bit of bad PR if they had been honest about this. Instead they let the players find out for themselves. Not a wise decision as bad PR seems to remembered a lot longer than the good stuff.

According to Klients live support some folks can't even cancel their subs. Funny that Marjo (the community manager) did not verify what the GM is saying there (about the supposed billing system glitch.) Not looking good at all.

Looks like you are stuck on Silan for a bit longer. The billing system is locked down so no new subs, or even renewals of old ones, can happen.

Word is that GF has suspended new subs. Not a good sign as this is what Nevrax did about a year ago while in bankruptcy hearings.

GameForge also decided, in their infinite wisdom, that a separate password for account management was not needed. So if you do 'lend' someone your account they get access to the ability to change your account information.
