Hm, I really wish they increased the rates slightly instead of a vitality system. It makes L2 look like WoW more and more. All those new skills too, daggers get shadow step; wtf? coulndn't they at least think up a new name for it?

Meadrek is right. Although I think 4 % is still alot when ur 70+. The 1% at sieges is worth it imo.
