Unlimited hp and mp should not be but the cooldown and other things work in NA/EU. I am 100% sure.

GW2 Is also completely uninteresting for someone who doesn't like all the magical restrictions of a fully themepark PVE snoozefest. That might be completely fine for some people but remember that others have different priorities.

I dunno guys, too early to say it will suck on consoles. There is one advantage with consoles over PCs after all, they are easy to optimize for as they all have the same hardware. Ofc PC version will be a lot greater as always though.
