Ugh. Enough of the FPS's already. They're played out. How about some innovation. FPS's were fun back in the Wolfenstein, Doom, Quake days, but man, time marches on. Sadly videogames don't.
As an old-school retired UO'er, this game does have potential.
However, the first-person ONLY view will keep me away from MO. Why on earth can't the devs simply adds a choice in this regard to make everyone happy? Ugh.
I think in CoX and maybe even Champion's Online you don't "kill" anything, you merely incapacitate/knock out enemies. Yes, there's still violence inherent in the system, but I think these two games have found a clever workaround to not make us all …
