it is in a little window on the shop screen ingame. usually where you would claim your daily free gift. upper right of window. you can scroll within that window to find it if you have multiple claims to recieve.

Hmm don't know what to tell you, as every time I have mailed mats or materials to my alts, it is rather instant.
