Disable your antivirus, or try adding it to the exceptions list. I found kaspersky internet security was causing my client to crash. But servers are down still....

thanks for the info, yer its not suprising they tried to boot up early, opening the floodgates at x time is a lot of strain on the systems, we shall see how arenanet tech support handle it , if they have problems they can hire me =D

Well i'll be keeping an eye on the order status for a couple days if i hear/recieve nothing from them i will cancel and go with another company. This is my first time using zavvi so we shall see if i use them again
