Why would they wipe the servers when they stated there would be no wipe in the Open Beta phase, essentially a soft release of the game? It was clear in the announcements, where is the false advertising?

In the event A-Net entertains the notion, there will be no way you would keep your account. If the refund processes, they would delete the account. As for the support site, it is the only way to contact them unless they finally got a 800 now.
