Yea its like a personalized equipment that only you or your mercs can use. And no it does not have any bonus stats(none that im aware of anyway). Edit: I think they do this to make it harder selling +7 or higher equipment.

What about a good pet system, instead of just being somthing to ride on, why not help me kill. The pets should be as customizable as heroes with their own seperate skills. I did not like how you had to be a ranger to get a pet.
